Seasonal Block Sessions
For individual families seeking a more flexible entry point into outdoor learning, our 6-week block sessions offer an inspiring balance of commitment and accessibility. Each session invites families to join our co-op model, where caregivers take turns supporting the group and sharing in the magic of outdoor play and discovery.
Together, we create a warm, collaborative community where children explore, experiment, and grow alongside engaged adults during sessions designed to be accessible for all comfort levels with outdoor play. Each week unfolds through hands-on experiences that honor the rhythm of the season and the interests of the children. These shorter blocks allow families to experience the richness of our program without a long-term commitment, while still building meaningful relationships with nature and each other.
Why Families and Children love our Seasonal Block Sessions:
Strengthen emotional regulation in a calm, nature-rich setting
Develop communication and cooperation skills through games, stories, and collaborative play in a small-group environment
Experience the forest with all senses including touch, movement, sound, and observation while learning through memorable encounters with plants, animals, weather, and natural materials as opposed to screens
Enjoy a supportive co-op model that builds community and connection with other families

We’d love to invite your school or learning community to experience a Forest Field Trip with Archer’s Arrows! We provide a memorable, hands-on outdoor learning adventure.
Our field trips offer two hours of guided exploration, discovery, and nature play designed to spark curiosity and bring learning to life. Children climb, balance, observe wildlife, follow their imaginations, build together, and engage their senses in ways indoor environments can’t replicate.
Why schools and learning communities love our field Trips:
• Easy, seamless experience: we lead everything from start to finish
• A meaningful extension of your curriculum without extra prep for teachers
• A highly memorable day students talk about long after returning to class
• Encourages teamwork, communication, and creativity
• Supports sensory regulation, confidence, emotional wellbeing, and calm
• Gives young children the chance to safely explore a real forest ecosystem
• An annual highlight that families and educators look forward to
These short, powerful experiences help children connect with the natural world and each other while providing educators with a truly enriching, stress-free outing. Field trip dates fill quickly, and we recommend reserving early for the season:
